SRAM (Static Random Access Memory)
SRAMs, the static, non-volatile memories have especially low power consumption and capacities in comparison to DRAMs. The data in the SRAM can be stored and and kept for several years with only
a small battery providing current.
MEMPHIS can provide you with synchronous SRAM memories in QFP and BGA packages from 2MBit to 72MBit, with bus widths of 16/18/32/36/64/72 Bit at 1.8, 2.5 or 3.3V.
Asynchronous SRAMs are available with memory capacities of 64kBit to 64MBit, bus width of 8/16 Bit, at 1.8, 3.3 and 5V. Many different packaging types can be purchased, e.g. TSOP, BGA, small TSOP, DIP, etc.
